All sales are final. We do not accept returns, only exchanges of full price items of equal or greater value. All clearance, sale items and special orders are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. Reshipment costs for exchange items will be paid by the customer.
We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier with insurance and that you email us at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) for a Return Authorization number. We will not accept returned merchandise without a return authorization number on the outside of the return box. The returned item(s) must be unworn, in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 5 days of receipt.
Terrene is not responsible for shipping fees on returned items, and we are not liable for lost or stolen return packages.
Damaged or Defective Goods
