This includes the name, address and phone number of the intended recipient(s). When you create an account at Shopterrene.com, you can choose to save your billing information in "My Account." You can also save one or more shipping addresses in your Shopterrene.com Address Book. You may change or delete this saved information anytime. .

What is your Shipping Policy?

We ship your order within two to five business days via USPS Priority Mail. USPS will deliver your order between 4 and 7 days.

What is your Return Policy?

All sales are final. We accept returns for exchange only for an item of equal value.  All clearance sales items and special orders are final and cannot be returned. Reshipment costs for exchange items will be paid by the customer.

We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier with insurance and that you email us at customerservice@shopterrene.com for a Return Authorization number. We will not accept returned merchandise without a return authorization number on the outside of the return box. The returned item(s) must be unworn, in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 5 days of receipt.

Terrene is not responsible for shipping fees on returned items, and we are not liable for lost or stolen return packages.

What is the best way of contacting Terrene if I received damaged or defective goods?

Please contact us immediately to inform us about the damages once the items are received at customerservice@shopterrene.comor defective goods if the p and we will make arrangements for the return and replacement of the item(s). Terrene is not responsible for damages if the product is (a) modified or tampered with; (b) is damaged by negligence, accident, or by unreasonable use.
